The hike to Nevelfjell (1049 MOH) is popular with families and is the perfect tour for those looking for a short day trip. The hike up to Nevelfjell is 3,5 km long and takes approximately 1 hr.

Park your car at Pellestova Hotell and head to the starting point, right next to the bench by Pellevegen. The first part of the hike takes you through a charming area with old cottages. There are two hiking options up to Nevelfjell, and the other path starts by the big parking lot by Ilsetra. This route takes you over a second mountain, Slåseterfjell. If you prefer at roundtrip hike down to the parking lot, cross the road and follow the dirt road back to Pellestova.
